Waste oil rate is about 45%-90%. And diesel oil recovery rate can be 85%- 90% with oil distillation plant.
What is pyrolysis?
Pyro = heat. Lysis = break down.
Pyrolysis is chemical reaction. This reaction involves molecular breakdown of larger molecules into smaller molecules in presence of heat. Pyrolysis is also known as thermal cracking, cracking, thermolysis, depolymerization, etc.
Waste tyres & plastic & rubber involves subjecting plastic and tyre to high temperature of 200 to 450 degree Celsius, in absence of oxygen. In case of oxygen is present waste tyres & plastic & rubber will start burning. During pyrolysis plastic and tire breaks down into smaller molecules of pyrolysis oil, pyrolysis gas and carbon black. Like plastic and tire, pyrolysis end products are also hydrocarbons. Pyrolysis is great way of recycling waste tyres & plastic & rubber.
After pyrolysis, the final product is fuel oil( furnace oil,pyrolysis oil) about 45%-52% for tyres. Carbon black about 30%-35%.

Waste oil can be more distillated to about 85% clear diesel fuel oil and 10% asphalt. The waste diesel fuel oil is a very good diesel which is very close to common diesel.
The diesel fuel oil from DOING distillation plant can be used in diesel generator, tractors, trucks, agricultural vehicles etc. The asphalt can be used in the pave and as the material of water-proof projects.
